This year Azerbaijan has again become the general sponsor of the Prodexpo-2019 exhibition, which will present the national stand Made in Azerbaijan.
Azerbaijan will present a wide range of national products at the 26th international exhibition of food products, beverages and raw materials for their production ProdExpo-2019, the trade representation of Azerbaijan in Moscow told Azertac.
The exhibition will be held on February 11-15 at the central exhibition center “Expocentre” in Moscow.
The collective exposition will unite 31 companies offering a range of products: from fresh agricultural products to canned food, from natural mineral water to a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, teas, nuts, dried fruits, confectionery and much more.
This year, Azerbaijan will please visitors with two stands, one of which is the national stand in the salon “Alcoholic drinks. Wine. Beer”. Visitors will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the ancient tradition of Azerbaijani winemaking.
Prodexpo, the largest international forum in Russia and Eastern Europe, is the most authoritative annual event in the field of food and beverages (including alcohol) and for over 25 years has defined the vector of development of the domestic and foreign food industries.
Over the years of its existence, the peer of the Russian food market, the mega-project ProdExpo has played an important role in the process of formation and development of the food sector of the Russian economy.
The exhibition is organized by “Expocentre” with the support of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture under the patronage of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the country.
In total, more than 2,300 companies will participate in ProdExpo-2019. Food and beverage manufacturers from 65 countries of the world will create an exhibition with a total area of more than 100,000 square meters.
Promoting new trademarks, advanced technologies for the production and sale of food products, innovative packaging materials, the international specialized wholesale trade fair Prodexpo-2019 aims to enhance the competitiveness among the food manufacturers, expand the range of products, create new qualitative changes in the domestic food market, search new partners, and while determining the vector of activity in modern economic conditions to achieve new frontiers in business.
