Azerbaijan`s Embassy in Kyrgyzstan and Bishkek Municipality have signed a memorandum that will see the construction of a Heydar Aliyev Park and a secondary school in the Kyrgyz capital.

The document was signed by Azerbaijani Ambassador Hidayat Orujov and Bishkek Mayor Aziz Surakmatov.

The municipality allocated an area of 5.5 hectares on the Tokombayev Street for the construction of the park, and a 2.24 hectare land in Kok Zhar settlement for the construction of the 550-seat school.

Under the memorandum, the construction of both the park and the school will be funded by the Azerbaijani side.
