Azerbaijan confirms 43 new cases of coronavirus

43 more cases of coronavirus infection have been recorded in Azerbaijan. The infected were placed to specialized hospitals, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told AZERTAC.

“7 of the infected are in a severe and 12 in a moderate-to-severe condition, while the health of others is stable. Moreover, 6 recovered coronavirus patients have been discharged from the hospital.”

“The overall confirmed cases in Azerbaijan has reached 443, with 32 recoveries and 5 deaths, while treatment of 406 others is underway in the specialized hospitals.

Azerbaijan continues carrying out appropriate measures on conducting test of 4,321 people placed in various quarantine zones,” the task force said.
