Salad with salmon or red caviar

Salad with salmon or red caviar is delicious salad with layers of boiled and fresh vegetables, fish and caviar. Fish and caviar give extra taste to this salad and well suits for a holiday table.

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1 cucumber
• 25 g/1 oz caviar
• 1 tomato
• 25 g/1 oz lettuce
• a few sprigs of spring onions
• salt & pepper

Preparation

• Cut off ends of a hardboiled egg. Take out some of the yolk from one side and stuff with red caviar. Place lettuce, spring onions, tomato and cucumber slices around on the plate.
