Trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Russia decreased

During January-July of this year, the volume of trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Russia made up $ 1 514 029,45 thousand which is 5,8% less compared to the same period of the last year, APA-Economics reports in accordance with results of the calculations conducted by it on the basis of the indicators issued by the State Customs Committee.

In the reporting period, the volume of export increased by 1,8% and made up $ 430 762,53 thousand, while the volume of import decreased by 8,5% and made up $ 1 083 266,92 thousand.

In the reporting period, the negative trade surplus in the amount of $ 652 504,39 thousand developed (which is 14% less compared to the same period of the last year). During the relevant period of the last year, this indicator made up $ 760 527,03 thousand.
