Jordanian media highlights bilateral tourism relations with Azerbaijan

The Jordanian “Al Anbat” and “Johina” newspapers have published an article highlighting prospects of cooperation between Azerbaijan and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in the tourism sector.

Written by Jordanian academician Marwan Sudah, the article mentioned that the Azerbaijan State News Agency (AZERTAC) has posted an article hailing the recent meeting held between Chairman of the Board of the Association of Travel Agencies of Azerbaijan (ATAA) Goydaniz Gahramanov, Ambassador of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to Azerbaijan Sami Abdullah Ghosheh and Marketing Director at Jordan Tourism Board Ahmad Al-Hmoud.

The author noted that the sides discussed issues on developing of tourism ties between the two friendly countries, increasing number of tourist arrivals, as well as holding B2B format meetings with tourism companies.

The article also mentioned that the Jordanian Ambassador stressed the importance of launching direct flights saying that this would contribute to the development of tourism of the two countries in the future.
